Maintain development and testing infrastructure, including installation of systems, patches, backups, upgrades, and security
Work with developers and participate in the development lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery and operational readiness
Implement monitoring, observability, and operational guides for production support
Ensure internal teams supporting the Branded Calling platform follow best practices in architecture, security, and cost optimization
Continuously iterate and improve systems, tooling, and automation
Participate in an on-call rotation for system support

Configure infrastructure to comply with security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001/27002
Collaborate with internal teams to identify, recommend, and implement cost-effective technology solutions that support the Branded Calling platform
Use AI-assisted engineering tools to improve delivery speed and quality (while maintaining secure coding and data-handling practices)
What You’ll Need
5–7+ years supporting production infrastructure in cloud or data center environments
Experience with at least one virtual hosting environment (AWS strongly preferred)
