What You Will Achieve
Pfizer Engineers operate with the highest integrity, as CNSS teams often have privileged access to development and production environments. Protecting confidential information, identifying risks, mitigating non-compliance, and adhering to defined policies and procedures are essential.

• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement proactive, cloud-native solutions and scalable network infrastructure.
• Use Terraform and Python to automate and manage cloud resources across multiple platforms, including AWS and GCP.
• Partner with customers and the Support team to troubleshoot and resolve cloud service issues efficiently.
• Qualify newAWS services and develop clear, comprehensive implementation workbooks.
• Design and implementInfrastructure as Code (IaC)using Terraform to streamline deployment and management processes.
• Continuously review existingAWS infrastructure to ensure alignment with best practices and security standards.
• Research and evaluate new AWS solutions to enhance current systems and support future growth.
• Monitor system performance and availability, implementing proactive measures for reliability and resilience.
• Engage in business customer communication, understanding needs and guiding solutions that align with organizational goals.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and software development.
• Strong knowledge of public and private cloud platforms(AWS or GCP).
• Proficiency in Terraformand Python.
• Demonstrated understanding and application ofDevOps principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in AWS or GCP (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity withCI/CD tools and pipelines(Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and application development security.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and security standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
