At Tektome, we're at the forefront of technological innovation for the AEC industry. Our commitment is to drive excellence, push technological boundaries, and transform the AEC as a whole. We are a spin out of one of the first AI companies in Japan, Incubit. We're looking for dedicated professionals who share our passion and ambition. If you're a developer hungry for challenges and eager to be part of a pioneering tech firm, Tektome is where you belong.
We are building a multi-tenant SaaS platform deployed on Azure using container-based microservices across multiple environments (dev, qa, stg, prod). The DevOps team is responsible for delivering secure, automated, and observable cloud infrastructure that supports continuous deployment and scalability. You will also be responsible for developing internal tools using Python.
This role focuses on:

- Implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for both containerized and worker services.
- Automating configuration and updates via Ansible for deployments and post-provisioning tasks.
- Ensuring continuous code quality enforcement using SonarQube in the build pipelines.
- Setting up Prometheus and Grafana dashboards for monitoring deployment and PaaS services.
- Proficient with python and bash or Powershell.
- Collaborating with developers and infrastructure teams to improve delivery reliability, security posture, and observability.
- The position offers a natural progression into Senior DevOps Engineer or Cloud Infrastructure Lead, with exposure to full lifecycle IaC automation, Azure architecture, and DevSecOps integration.
- Hybrid remote policy (typically 2–3 remote days per week) with required on-site days for important syncs, pair-programming, and events. Core time for meetings and syncs from 10AM to 4PM JST.
- 3–5 years in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders, providing deployment and operational support.
- Proven experience supporting production-grade systems with focus on uptime, scaling, and incident response.
- Strong operational mindset with focus on monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and environment management.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (VNet, peering, private endpoints, DNS, and routing).
- Familiar with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting.
- Comfortable with Python.
- Comfortable troubleshooting infrastructure issues in container-based systems.
- N2 Japanese Level
- Experience with Azure Container Apps, Key Vault, and Private Networking (hub-spoke topology).
- Experience with Ansible for configuration management.
- Experience architecting Azure-based infrastructure or contributing to infrastructure design decisions.
- Exposure to Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud security monitoring and Microsoft Sentinel integration.
