Lead enterprise commercial growth across the UK and Europe for an AI-native AEC platform. Build and manage strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at architecture, engineering, construction, and developer firms. Drive engagements from pilots to multi-quarter programs, translate workflows into scalable solutions, and shape pricing, GTM, and commercial playbooks alongside product and delivery teams.

Design, train, fine-tune, and optimize LLM-based and agent systems for AEC workflows. Integrate models into production, support deployment/monitoring, and drive applied research on RAG and model efficiency while collaborating with product and domain experts.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance BIM backend systems. Build APIs and services to integrate AI, prototype unified ingestion/storage for 3D/AEC data, collaborate with product teams, and ensure monitoring, performance, and cost-balanced architecture.

Build and operate a multi-tenant SaaS on Azure using Terraform IaC, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Ansible automation, SonarQube quality gates, and Prometheus/Grafana monitoring. Develop internal tools in Python, troubleshoot containerized production systems, and collaborate to improve reliability, security, and observability.
