As a Cloud Architect at Directeam, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and business strategy.
You will engage with startups at all stages of cloud adoption, establishing strong technical partnerships and solving complex architectural challenges.

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end technical relationships with high-growth startups, acting as their go-to consultant for cloud strategy.
- Design secure, highly available, and cost-effective cloud-native architectures from scratch or optimize existing infrastructures.
- Troubleshoot large-scale production environments and resolve performance, scalability, and availability bottlenecks.
- Research and implement the latest technologies (GenAI, Serverless, etc.) to solve real-world business problems.
- Create technical content (blogs, webinars) and represent Directeam in professional meetups.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to align customer needs with our AI-driven FinOps roadmap.
- 3+ years as a Tech Lead or Architect for large-scale production products.
- 4+ years of hands-on cloud experience, with at least 2 years of deep AWS expertise.
- Proven expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex distributed systems.
- Strong coding background in at least one modern language (Go, Python, Rust, Java, or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of cloud networking, security best practices, and compliance.
- Experience with GenAI integration, DevOps practices, and FinOps methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "can-do" attitude and experience in the startup ecosystem.
Our office is located at Beit Gibor Sport Tower, Ramat Gan (next to Savidor Central railway station).
