The Role

We are seeking an exceptional architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in collaborating with our Customers, Product Managers and professional services teams. As an expert you will work with customers during the different phases to define the requirements, principles and models that guide technology services’ decisions in alignment with customer strategic IT and enterprise goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, Customer Solution Architects to design and implement best-in-class Industrial SaaS solutions tailored to this critical domain to advocate the value identified in integration models. As a key member of our professional services team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our serverless and full-stack mobile and web applications.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Responsible for defining architecture standards, frameworks and guidelines based on our product tech stack and architecture. Directly participates in the governance process for reviewing specific solutions to ensure they are properly leveraging published frameworks and standards.
• Cloud Architecture Analysis: Deeply understand the Innovapptive & customer Cloud Infra and application Landscape, identify technical challenges, pain points, long term goals and objectives in respect to our "Mobile First" Connected Worker SaaS Solution.
• Working knowledge on Hybrid cloud architecture along with AWS mandatory or other cloud providers
• Product Management Collaboration: Partner with the product management team to provide insights and recommendations on product development, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning, focusing on improving maintenance and reliability operations
• Integration: Takes ownership of cloud first integration to solve business problems and generate maximum value for stakeholders. Evaluate the Customer’s existing cloud-based ERP/CRM and other application and to identify the possible ways to integrate with our Connected Worker SaaS Solution.
• Monitoring and Logging: Understanding security monitoring tools and techniques to detect and respond to security incidents. Knowledge of logging and auditing best practices to track system activity and identify anomalies.
• Security: Leverage your knowledge to set up necessary solutions on security at network or data level in Cloud platform. Evaluate the customers data security requirements and determine the right best practice of API security, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and API keys.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM): Expertise in implementing IAM solutions, including single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Knowledge of identity providers (IdPs) and service providers (SPs) in federated identity management.
• Strong Logical Reasoning: Ability to analyze complex problems, break them down into smaller components, and identify root causes.
• Analytical Thinking: Skill in gathering and interpreting data to draw informed conclusions and make data-driven decisions.

• Rapid Iteration and Execution: Champion a culture of speed and agility, driving rapid product iteration and execution. Set high bars for quality, efficiency, and speed-to-market. Break down complex problems into actionable steps, and relentlessly prioritize delivering results quickly.
• Leadership Mindset: Lead & mentor Integration, Security team daily and through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Deeply understand our target customers, their pain points, and needs. Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and validate product decisions. Advocate for the customer throughout the product life cycle and be their voice in the organization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, professional services and sales teams to align on product design and development. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and cross-functional excellence. Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and metrics to make informed decisions. Monitor key product metrics, conduct A/B testing, and perform user behavior analysis to gain insights. Leverage data to iterate on features, optimize user experiences, and drive product success.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience are necessary, including designing and implementing AWS solutions with a strong focus on architecting and integrating SAAS based solutions.
• Strong understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and VPC
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of serverless application deployment
• Experience integrating 3rd party applications with SAAS products using Lambda, API gateway etc.
• Good to have Knowledge of Integration using Middle Tiers (i.e. PI/PO, BTP, CPI, ESB, MuleSoft etc.)
• Understanding REST, OData, SOAP, Webservices and XML
• Understanding security protocols like TLS/SSL, SSH, HTTPS, FTPS and IPsec to secure network communication. Familiarity with securing cloud applications.
• Design, architect, and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging serverless technologies like Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge on Sagemaker, Industrial data fabric , Amplify, Redis, Cohere and Bedrock
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
•  Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash.
• Ensure the security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure, implementing appropriate security measures and adhering to industry best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services into our applications, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies and industry trends, continuously improving our cloud infrastructure.
• Mandatory Certification in AWS preferably AWS Solutions Architect- Associate/ Professional
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on cloud computing best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in the context of networking/security/deployment improvement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good to have Knowledge on other cloud platforms i.e. Azure, GCP and containerization
•  Good to have Knowledge on at least one ERP (SAP/ Maximo / Oracle)
•  Ability to travel is needed to work closely with clients and internal teams.
• Nice to have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and professional services.
• Nice to have mobile-first solutions and connected worker technologies.
