Role Description
Join our Group Architecture team as a Cloud Architect within the Technical Architecture function. You will play a pivotal role in evolving our Public and Private Cloud capabilities, promoting our cloud strategy, and creating repeatable architecture patterns.

Your key responsibilities
- Support the evolution of the Bank’s Public and Private Cloud strategy and application migrations.
- Develop repeatable architecture solutions, patterns, and blueprints for workloads on Google Cloud Platform and Private Cloud and produce high-quality documentation to communicate them.
- Offer expert guidance on cloud architecture to cross-functional application teams, addressing questions related to cloud application architectures.
- Work together with the engineering team in Pune and support them on the design and creation of Cloud-based architecture governance tooling.
- Collaborate with various teams, including senior strategists, decision-makers, product owners, and engineers to ensure successful implementation of Cloud strategy, patterns, and technologies.
Your skills and experience
- Professional experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other Public Cloud providers.
- Hands-on practical experience in architecture designs and engaging with the organization to build consensus.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps and SRE best practices and CICD tooling such as GitHub and Terraform.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, with a preference for Python or Java.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively influence various categories of individuals.
