*This is a hybrid (onsite and remote) position.
The Senior Cloud Application and Messaging Administrator is a highly functioning IT professional within the Messaging Exchange Engineer family. The Administrator will develop and apply senior technical expertise in two or more IT disciplines that support Cook Children’s technical infrastructure. This includes technologies, Implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud technologies and services such as MS Azure AD, MS Teams, Exchange Online and potentially SharePoint Online. Implementation and configuration of app protection policies, compliance and conditional access, and compliance policies. Communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences. Perform administrative maintenance on the M365 tenant services and Hybrid Exchange environment to ensure optimal service response times and proper license and rights allocations. Support all Messaging services and standards. Work with various IT teams as required to support O365 related initiatives. Developing and promoting standard operations documentation such as procedures, checklists, knowledge Base Articles and user instructions. Solid understanding of compliance and security around M365 to implement best practices. Medium Level of understanding of PowerShell scripting; ability to modify and change scripts. Ability to work Remote.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
1 year of direct experience working with information technology.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification
MTA, MCSE and/or MVP certifications a plus, Relevant Information Technology certifications preferred.
