As an AI and Cloud Developer for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities in business processes.
- Designing and building AI-powered agents using Azure AI, Power Automate, and Cognitive Services.
- Developing and fine-tuning machine learning or NLP models for specific tasks.
- Integrating intelligent agents with Microsoft enterprise platforms like Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
- Writing and optimizing code in Python, Power Fx, or C# for automation and model training.
- Reviewing data insights to monitor agent performance and iterating on solutions for continuous improvement.
- Ensuring security, scalability, and compliance best practices are met across AI solutions.
- Preparing solution briefs or demos to present progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting bugs or failures in automation workflows and deploying timely fixes.
- Staying up to date with the latest in Microsoft AI and cloud tools, including Copilot and GPT-based advancements.

You have:
- 5+ years of experience in a developer role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft AI and automation tools (Azure AI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, Cognitive Services).
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or Power Fx.
- Experience with machine learning models and natural language processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with Microsoft cloud services (Azure Machine Learning, Azure Bot Services).
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in business process automation and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a plus.
You might also have:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or similar certification.
- Experience working with Microsoft Copilot and GPT-based AI models.
- Prior experience in automating vendor-related tasks or procurement processes.

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: 120,000 - 155,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
