Description
Closers are responsible for driving the internal CTC to Fund processes: including CD creation, closing package creation, and quality reviews.
Generate accurate and timely disclosures and documents and Ability to understand regulatory requirements and impacts
Responsibilities
● Communicate/coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
● Generate accurate and timely disclosures and closing documents and ensure all regulatory requirements are met..
● Confirm Closing Appointment and Balance Final Closing disclosure by coordinating with settlement agents.
● Schedule Closing by coordinating with settlement agents and external parties.
● Coordinate with E2E coordinator and title companies to secure traction against key milestones
● Issue identification and resolution
● Ensure loans fund on time
● Assist with post-closing disbursement issues, supp wires, etc..
Basic Qualifications/ Skill Sets
● High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
● Minimum of [1] years of experience in mortgage funding, loan processing, or a related role.
● Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation, terms, and regulatory guidelines.
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
● Proficient in using mortgage industry software and tools.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
