Job Summary
Assists in developing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of Physician and Advanced Practice Professional Recruitment. Helps create and maintain the medical group recruitment brand vision, ensuring a consistent message about our values and culture to current teammates and candidates. Supports the development and execution of strategies to optimize recruiting and sourcing, contributing to building a diverse candidate pipeline aligned with the enterprise goals. Collaborates closely with Clinician Recruitment Strategist Senior, recruitment team, key internal and external partners, and cross-functional teams to achieve recruitment objectives.
Essential Functions
- Assists with the development of highly creative recruitment strategies in conjunction with the recruitment team and Clinician Recruitment Strategist Senior.
- Supports the execution of internal and external outreach, including social media, digital and print ads, print communications, clinician careers website, job boards and presentations.
- Assists in the creation and maintenance of recruitment content aligned with brand messaging and organizational objectives.
- Helps manage print production processes, including preparing and sending files to internal and external print vendors.
- Assists in editing, maintaining, and tracking content on the clinician careers website to ensure accuracy, alignment with current recruitment priorities, and optimal candidate experience.
- Coordinates ordering of recruitment materials and giveaway items for events, including obtaining quotes and tracking deliveries.
- Edits and builds HTML email templates for use in CRM tool and assists in the execution of email campaigns.
- Partners with recruiters and Senior Clinician Recruitment Strategist to ensure all job postings meet brand and style standards as well as industry or enterprise requirements.
- Monitors and assists with performance tracking of job postings, marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives.
- Provides logistical and creative support for national, regional, and local conferences, alongside the administrative assistant including tracking timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Provides support for special projects and strategic initiatives as determined by the Clinician Recruitment Strategist Senior, including campaigns, collecting testimonials, and emerging creative opportunities.
- Helps maintain organization of creative assets and branded templates.

Developing skills in leading integrated, multi-media campaigns, understanding recruitment brand positioning and strategy.
Support project planning and organization; ability to prioritize tasks and manage project deadlines.
Familiarity with social media resources, terminology and applications, including content development and trend analysis.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to express thoughts concisely, capable of both working in a team as well as managing tasks independently.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML.
Interest in video editing, photography and animation.
Developing expertise in creating designs for a variety of audiences and media types, including both online and offline media while meeting production standards.
Basic understanding of visual communication, including design, layout, color, and typography.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to respond to internal and external partner needs.
Physical Requirements
Must have functional sight and touch.
May be required to sit for up to 90% of the workday.
Job is primarily remote; may require some travel for in person meetings as needed. May be exposed to road and weather hazards.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or related field. Typically requires 1-3 years of experience in branding, marketing, recruitment, or related field. Specific experience in clinician recruitment strongly preferred.
