Part-Time Behavioral Health Clinician / Social Worker
📍 In-Person | 24 Hours/Week
🗓 Monday, Wednesday & Friday
⏰ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
We’re looking for a compassionate and team-focused Behavioral Health Clinician/Social Worker to join our psychiatric care team! In this role, you’ll support patients and families through assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, group facilitation, and discharge coordination in a collaborative inpatient setting.
What You’ll Do- Manage a caseload of behavioral health patients
- Complete assessments and treatment plans
- Facilitate individual, group, and family sessions
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Assist with discharge planning and community referrals
- Provide crisis support and patient advocacy
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Active Maine license required (LSX, LSW, LMSW, LMSW-cc, or LCPC-c)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Behavioral health or psychiatric experience preferred
- CPI certification preferred (or obtained during orientation)

Comp Range:
$57,208.78 - $78,785.41Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.
