Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Clinician Support
- Initiate contact with clinicians post-contract to outline onboarding steps and timelines.
- Guide clinicians through access to SCP systems (e.g., Okta, mySCP Connect, Workday).
- Track onboarding progress, ensuring timely completion of credentialing and enrollment tasks.
- Respond to clinician questions or route escalations to functional experts as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinician data in Salesforce and other internal systems.
Scheduling & Workforce Coordination
- Collect clinician availability, preferences, and shift commitments.
- Create, update, and distribute monthly schedules ensuring complete coverage and minimal premium spend.
- Manage shift confirmations, cancellations, swaps, and APAY/Holiday Pay entries within Qgenda.
- Partner with Medical Directors and field operations to resolve open shifts and negotiate coverage.
- Ensure First Schedule Dates (FSD) and clinician details are accurately recorded in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Collaborate with Recruiting and Credentialing to align schedule readiness with start dates.
Payroll & Expense Support
- Verify payroll hours from Qgenda, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate submissions to Payroll.
- Assist clinicians with pay and reimbursement questions, escalating complex cases appropriately.
- Track and ensure completion of clinician expense reimbursements before payroll close.
Clinician Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinicians, ensuring consistent communication and timely issue resolution.
- Develop trusted relationships that promote clinician engagement and retention.
- Communicate key updates, policy changes, and site-specific needs proactively.
Offboarding & Data Accuracy
- Guide clinicians through offboarding steps, ensuring all documentation and final pay items are completed.
- Maintain current clinician contact information and update system records as required.
- Support reporting and analytics to track clinician satisfaction and operational metrics.
Process & Quality Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and clinician experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and calibration to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Support initiatives aimed at standardization, automation, and cross-functional alignment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to use persistence, tenacity, and influence to negotiate and engage with clinicians.
- Able to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple demands in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume environments with strong attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, Outlook) and scheduling software (Qgenda).
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or GED, required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field, preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, clinician support or scheduling within healthcare operations.
- Prior experience with high-volume scheduling of staff or clinicians, a plus.
