Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.
In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.
Neko Health is building a new standard for preventive care, and what a member takes away from their scan depends on the clinician who explains it. As our Global Clinician Education Lead, you will set the standard for how clinicians are taught, assessed and signed off in every market.
About the role
You will own the global clinician curriculum, define what competent looks like in observable terms, and hold clinical accuracy sign-off on everything clinicians are taught. You will lead the clinician market educators who deliver the program, and prepare clinic leads to hold competency conversations with confidence. This is a builder role: the curriculum, the competency framework and the team are still being put in place, and you will shape all three.
What you will do
Design and own the global clinician curriculum, from onboarding through to expert practice, with local adaptation only where regulation requires it.
Define the clinician competency framework and the readiness gates that decide when someone is ready to work unsupervised.
Own the clinician debrief program, including how results and uncertainty are explained to members.
Train clinicians on every new or updated protocol and product change, and verify that it has landed.
Teach clinicians to work well alongside Neko's AI-supported workflow, and use AI to build education faster, with clinical review retained.
Prepare clinic leads for competency and performance conversations, in partnership with the Global Operator Education Lead.
Lead the clinician market educators and launch trainer across all markets, holding one standard.
Sign off clinical accuracy on all clinician-facing content before it is published.
Requirements
Registered healthcare professional with current registration and 5+ years of post-registration clinical experience.
3+ years designing and delivering clinical education end to end, including ownership of curriculum, competency framework and outcome data.
3+ years building competency-based assessment, where readiness is judged against criteria rather than attendance.
3+ years leading or coaching clinical educators or trainers, holding a consistent standard across more than one site.
3+ years turning complex clinical and product information into clear, accurate learning content.
1+ year using AI tools in your own work, with a considered view on where human review is required; confident using outcome data to improve a program.
You work in a warm, direct and curious way: you build trust across cultures and clinical traditions, surface problems early, and hold a high standard while staying close to the people doing the work.
Nice to have
Experience in health technology, digital health or medical devices, where the product changes quickly and training has to keep pace.
Experience building education across more than one country, including where local regulation shapes what must be taught.
Familiarity with learning management systems and simulation or authoring tools.
