About the Role

As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of clinical trial assessments. You will review scales administered by raters to confirm standardized methodology and data reliability. This includes evaluating assessment quality, providing live feedback, and guiding raters on scoring techniques. Additional responsibilities may include conducting mock interviews, assessing rater performance, and supporting communication efforts within the trial team.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
  • Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with relevant documentation.
  • Conduct scheduled rater interactions and complete assigned tasks promptly.
  • Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent). MD, DO, or PhD preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and structured clinical interviews (including EQ-5D-5L).
    • 3+ years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
    • 3+ years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral work).
    • CNS trial experience is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional interaction at all levels.
    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
    • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Language Requirement

Current openings require fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Bengali.
