Clinical Training Specialist EMEA (H/F).

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités en Europe, nous recherchons un(e) Clinical Training Specialist EMEA passionné(e) par l’innovation médicale et la formation clinique. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement des professionnels de santé et le déploiement de solutions de pointe en oncologie interventionnelle. 

Votre mission:

En tant qu’expert(e) clinique, vous accompagnez les médecins, infirmiers, manipulateurs radio et équipes hospitalières dans l’utilisation de notre portefeuille de dispositifs d’oncologie interventionnelle, notamment dans les domaines de la cryoablation, de l’ablation par micro-ondes, de l’embolisation et d’autres technologies innovantes. 

Vous contribuez activement à l’amélioration de la prise en charge des patients en assurant la formation, le support technique et l’accompagnement clinique auprès de nos clients et partenaires. 

Vos principales responsabilités :

- Assurer la coordination et le support des procédures cliniques utilisant les produits d’oncologie interventionnelle. 

- Former et accompagner les médecins, infirmiers et équipes hospitalières dans l’utilisation des dispositifs. 

- Apporter un support technique et clinique aux équipes commerciales. 

Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Medical Affairs européennes et internationales. 

- Organiser et coordonner la maintenance préventive annuelle des équipements installés. 

- Coordonner les opérations de maintenance corrective et de réparation lorsque nécessaire. 

- Participer au développement de nouveaux comptes et à l’expansion des activités auprès des établissements de santé en Europe. 

- Identifier les besoins cliniques du marché et partager vos recommandations avec le management. 

- Contribuer à l’organisation et à l’animation de formations, ateliers et événements éducatifs destinés aux professionnels de santé et aux collaborateurs internes. 

- Apporter une vision stratégique sur les besoins de support clinique au sein de la région EMEA. 

Votre profil :  

Formation : 

- Diplôme d'étude supérieure dans le secteur médical ou scientifique. 

- Niveau d'anglais C1 ou anglais professionnel. 

Expérience et compétences techniques : 

- Expérience clinique significative, idéalement en tant que : 

- Manipulateur(trice) en électroradiologie médicale (imagerie interventionnelle / scanner);

  • Infirmier(ère) de bloc opératoire, 
  • Technicien(ne) ou assistant(e) de chirurgie. 

- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans l’utilisation ou l’accompagnement de technologies d’ablation. 

- Bonne compréhension des procédures d’oncologie interventionnelle. 

- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, exigeant et en constante évolution. 

- Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.

Mobilité : 

Ce poste implique de fréquents déplacements (50%) principalement en France et en Angleterre. Occasionnellement dans les autres pays européens de la région EMEA.

Skills Required

  • Degree in medical or scientific field
  • C1 / professional level English
  • Significant clinical experience (e.g., interventional radiology technologist, OR nurse, surgical technician/assistant)
  • Minimum 5 years experience using or supporting ablation technologies
