What is Required?

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or Associates nursing degree
  • 3 years of active experience as a RN, preferably with 1 year in the home care industry
  • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Reliable transportation to perform job tasks

You will report to the Director Nursing or Clinical Administrator.

The base salary for this position is $100,000 to $102,000 annually, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.

This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, which could include performance-based bonuses, commissions, on-call pay, or other incentive earnings. These components are not guaranteed and depend on individual and/or team performance.
