Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Support Assistant to support our providers in delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will provide assistance with intake of patients at the clinic level by collecting and tracking certain patient information, documentation to the medical record and serving as a liaison between patients and providers.
What You'll Do:
Welcome and prepare patients for appointments.
Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and health information.
Works collaboratively with other clinical and office staff.
Schedules patient appointments in accordance with office protocols.
Shares patient information with providers.
Maintains medical supply inventory in clinical areas.
Assists with lifting of patients and medical equipment when required.
General Requirements:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED or between the ages of 15-17 with a valid work permit from their high school.
CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Successful completion of a related program and/of current C.N.A, EMT, PCT, etc preferred. Valid CPR certification.

Skills Required
- High School Diploma or GED or valid work permit (ages 15-17)
