Clinical Supervisor - Behavioral Health, Neurology & Richmond Float Pool
Job Summary
- Oversight of day-to-day operations and supervision of staff, including annual assessments, coaching, and disciplinary responsibilities.
- Under general supervision, this position assists in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of the provider and coordinates staffing in the clinical area.
- Maintains inventory of all clinical supplies.
Minimum Requirements:
• Current CMA certification from AAMA, AMT, NCCT, AAMP, NAHP or
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program with current Kentucky or Indiana LPN Licensure
according to the state of practice or
• Graduate of an accredited RN program with current Kentucky or Indiana RN Licensure according to the
state of practice.
• Basic Life Support via the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• 5 years of experience in direct patient interaction
