Position Summary 

The Wraparound Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight of Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) within Crittenton's High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) program. This role ensures the delivery of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based services while maintaining fidelity to the High Fidelity Wraparound model, Medi-Cal, and Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) requirements. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical consultation, risk management oversight, and supervision of licensed and unlicensed clinical staff, ensuring the integration of clinical and non-clinical services while preserving the family-driven, facilitator-led Child and Family Team (CFT) process. 

Requirements


Education / Experience Required? 

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution. 
  • Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC required and ongoing compliance with licensure CEUs and updates to BBS supervision requirements. 
  • Must possess (2) years of post-licensure experience providing mental health services to children, youth, and families. 
  • Experience working within Wraparound programs (Medi-Cal or publicly funded behavioral  health programs strongly preferred). 
  • Must qualify as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) and Medi-Cal Specialty  
  • Mental Health Services (SMHS) provider, in accordance with Welfare and Institutions Code (WIC) Section 4096.6. 
  • Bilingual (Spanish or other threshold language) strongly preferred.  

Clearances and Requirements  

  • Must successfully clear DOJ and FBI fingerprint checks. 
  • Must be at least 21 years of age. 
  • Compliance with County and agency background screening requirements. 
  • Valid California driver’s license and current auto insurance. 
  • Ability to travel throughout Los Angeles County to support field-based services and Child Family Team (CFT) participation. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support family-centered scheduling and crisis consultation. 

Essential Duties 

  • Provides individual and group clinical supervision to Associate Clinicians (e.g., AMFT, ASW, APCC) in accordance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) standards and MediCal requirements. 
  • Maintains accurate documentation of supervision logs, agreements, and required licensure  
  • tracking materials. 

Skills Required

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution.
