Clinical Site Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Clinical Site Coordinator to join our team and support the coordination of clinical sites and biospecimen collection activities.
This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in clinical research, site coordination, and biospecimen program management within the Life Sciences industry.
What you will do
Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Affairs, you will:
• Support clinical site initiation and training activities
• Coordinate biospecimen collection projects at clinical sites
• Support monitoring visits and help ensure compliance with study protocols
• Verify study documentation and maintain site files and internal documentation
• Track site performance metrics and reporting progress
• Support communication between clinical sites and internal project teams
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the team
• Prepare reports and documentation related to site performance
What we are looking for
• Higher education in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical or related field
• Experience in Life Sciences, clinical research, healthcare, or laboratory environment is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Interest in clinical research and biospecimen programs
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements related to clinical sites and biospecimen collection in Ukraine is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Communicative English
GCP certification is a plus but not required.
