The Role
Lead and supervise residential treatment services for children and youth: manage daily program operations and staffing, coordinate treatment plans and case management, provide individual and group treatment, connect families with community resources, monitor progress and medications, maintain documentation and compliance, and support crisis response and staff training.

This role focuses on helping young people build skills, work through challenges, and move toward successful next steps. You’ll work closely with staff, families, schools, and community partners to support progress and create positive outcomes. You will also play an important role in guiding staff and maintaining a strong day-to-day program environment.

 

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily program operations and staffing schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage
  • Supervise, train, and support direct care staff
  • Coordinate treatment plans, case management, and client transitions
  • Connect clients and families with needed community resources and services
  • Collaborate with schools, families, foster homes, and outside providers
  • Provide individual and group treatment services as assigned
  • Monitor client progress, behavioral data, medications, and appointments
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and program compliance
  • Support crisis response, safety planning, and staff training
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Competenceis:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
  • 5+ years of residential or therapeutic experience working with youth
  • Experience supervising staff or leading teams
  • Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in related field
  • BCBA, LCMHC, LSW, Licensed Psychologist, or similar credential
  • Experience working with youth with serious emotional disturbances
