What You’ll Do- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
- Treat a broad range of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more
- Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes
- Education: Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
- Expertise: CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
- Experience: Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours
- Languages: Fluency in English, Tamil, and Malayalam
- Preferred: EAP experience, adult counseling, or managerial coaching
- Bonus: Openness to occasional onsite work

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Coaching, Counselling, or a related field for coaching roles
- 1-3 years of coaching experience in wellbeing, workplace performance, or leadership coaching
- Master's degree in Counselling or Counselling Psychology for counsellor roles
- 1-3 years of supervised counselling experience for counsellor roles; internship may count if part of a licensure pathway
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from an APAC-accredited program for clinical psychologist roles
- 1-3 years of supervised clinical practice for clinical psychologist roles; internship may count if part of an accredited or licensure pathway
- Ability to speak Tamil and Malayalam
- Certification with a recognised coaching body
- Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology, or progress toward it through a Registrar Program
- Background in managerial or leadership support
- Prior EAP or workplace counselling experience
- Additional language skills
- Flexibility for occasional onsite sessions
- Willingness to complete a Police Check or Working With Children Check if requested by clients
- Eligibility or willingness to obtain a Medicare provider number if required by the engagement
