Labcorp is seeking a Clinical Project Associate to join our team at Brigade Twin Tower in Bangalore, Karnataka .
Work Schedule
Rotating shift - 5 days working model
Job Responsibilities
Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
Complete required trainings according to required timelines.
Manage day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity.
Manage project and technical documentation in an appropriate manner.
Provide administrative and technical support to internal departments as needed.
Perform checks to ensure quality of work completed.
Ensure timely escalation and issue resolution.
Track and report metrics as determined by management according to required timelines.
Assist with the implementation of revised processes and procedures.
Other additional duties as assigned by management but not limiting the ones to the ones listed below: Develop a deep understanding of an assigned job and provide solutions to solve specific problems using unique expertise in the subject.
Guide and develop the mentee to acquire all competencies required to perform the daily tasks independently post sign-off as assigned by management.
Active listening, showing patience and willingness to help at all times and being available for the mentee
Ensure Training files for team are be maintained up to date and Audit ready all the times. Track Weekly/Monthly Training compliance of Team
Actively participate and contribute in various Knowledge Sharing Session held across departments within CTTS.
Appropriate Assessment of Workload and assigning the projects on time based on priority.
Perform quality check of peers and Identify process gaps that lead to quality errors and suggest steps to improve quality compliance for assigned tasks.
Plan and deliver training; Prepare required training agenda and material.
To create and/or perform review by assessing effectiveness, update SOP's/WI's including timely submission of version controlled documents to global QA SOP team.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in life Science
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of experience working in a clinical research industry
