Core Responsibilities

Program Ownership & Growth

  • Take an active role in building and sustaining services in North Olmsted and surrounding communities
  • Support growth efforts into Lorain County through outreach, visibility, and community engagement
  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with schools, healthcare providers, community partners, and local organizations
  • Monitor caseload trends, access to care, and client engagement while proactively addressing service gaps
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and bring forward practical, actionable ideas
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field
  • Active Ohio licensure required (LISW, LPCC, Supervisory designation or willingness to obtain with agency support)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in community-based or school-based behavioral health
  • Strong networking, outreach, and community relationship-building skills
  • Experience mentoring, supporting, or informally leading other clinicians
  • Interest in program development, service expansion, and leadership growth
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and community mental health systems
