The Clinical Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for Pathway Caring for Children’s behavioral health and mental health services in Cuyahoga and western Lorain Counties. This position provides clinical supervision, program management, and staff development, while expanding the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services to children and families in the communities we serve.

- Masters Degree- Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family or related field
- Valid licensure through Ohio CSWMFT Board (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW)
- Independent Licensure or willingness to obtain Independent Licensure with agency support
- At least one year experience working with children and families
- Valid driver license and auto insurance
Skills Required
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
- Valid Ohio CSWMFT Board licensure, including LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW
- Independent licensure, or willingness to obtain independent licensure with agency support
- At least one year of experience working with children and families
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Pathway Caring for Children is a private, non-profit social services agency based in Northeast Ohio. Its mission is to help children and families realize the possibilities of their lives through foster care, adoption, and mental health counseling. Serving 14 counties, the agency provides essential support, individualized strategies, and therapeutic services to help individuals overcome trauma, embrace their strengths, and build brighter futures.
