Job Summary:

As the Clinical Pharmacist, you perform ambulatory care clinical pharmacist functions and must be willing to cover at any ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management site as needed.

In this role, you will manage referred patients’ medication therapy and communicate with patients and other pharmacists.

You will contribute to the education of pharmacy residents, students and medical students as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • PharmD or BS Pharm with post 2006 experience.
  • 1 year of pharmacy experience.
  • BLS.
  • Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Ohio and Michigan.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years of full time pharmacy practice or PGY1 Pharmacy Residency experience.
  • Board Certification and/or additional training in specialty area.
