Position Summary
Persante Health Care is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support clinical initiatives, staff education, and operational improvements across our sleep medicine programs.
Working directly with the Vice President of Clinical Services, this position will coordinate software and equipment rollouts, provide CPR/BLS instruction, support our Sleep Tech Academy, and help maintain consistent clinical workflows across locations.
Remote: Work from home with a steady weekday schedule with quarterly travel to the New Jersey area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical initiatives, workflow improvements, and standardized processes across locations.
- Lead staff training and orientation for new software, equipment, and clinical workflows.
- Develop training guides, checklists, and reference materials.
- Serve as a CPR/BLS instructor, including scheduling classes and tracking completion.
- Support the Tech Scheduling team with coverage gaps, call-outs, and backup scheduling.
- Coordinate Sleep Tech Academy courses, materials, student communications, and logistics.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain scheduling oversight within internal systems, spreadsheets, and tracking tools to ensure accurate operational visibility and continuity across assigned regions.
- Support implementation and adherence to standardized scheduling workflows, operational initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Active clinical credential such as RCP, CRT, RRT, or related credential.
- CPR/BLS instructor certification or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in clinical operations, sleep medicine, respiratory care, patient services, or project coordination.
- Knowledge of clinical workflows, patient scheduling, and healthcare service delivery.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to provide staff training and coordinate multiple projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- RPSGT and/or CCSH credential.
- Staff scheduling experience.
- Sleep medicine, polysomnography, or clinical diagnostic experience.
- Experience with EHRs, scheduling, or patient management systems.
- Background in staff education, workflow improvement, or educational program coordination.
Physical and Work Requirements
This position is primarily remote with occasional travel to regional clinical locations. Site visits may involve walking, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Employees must follow applicable infection control protocols.
Employment Details (Role-Specific)
Pay Rate / Salary Range: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
