This position combines leadership with hands-on clinical practice, allowing you to continue caring for patients while helping shape the future of ambulatory cardiology care.
What You'll Do- Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision for clinical nursing staff.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on exceptional patient care and staff engagement.
- Oversee clinical workflows to promote efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff to support professional growth.
- Partner with physicians, advanced practitioners, and practice leadership to improve operations and patient outcomes.
- Lead and participate in quality improvement and service excellence initiatives.
- Serve on departmental and interdisciplinary committees.
- Provide direct patient care as needed to support practice operations.
- Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
- 8-hour shifts, Flexible schedule based on practice and staffing needs
- Monday–Friday
- No weekends or holidays

Practice LocationsThis role supports our Cardiology practices located in:
- Springfield, MA – 3300 Main Street
- Northampton, MA – 325B King Street
- Greenfield, MA – 164 High Street
- Travel to these locations is required in this role
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- AHA BLS Required
- 4–5 years of clinical nursing experience required
- True leadership experience is required--Supervisory, Charge Nurse, or Team Lead experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Ability to partner effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- BSN preferred; ADN Required
- Ambulatory care leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and process improvement skills
- Demonstrated success building engaged, high-performing clinical teams
