The Oncology Infusion Clinic is an outpatient infusion department dedicated exclusively to oncology care and committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate service. We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager with a strong oncology background and recent experience in administering chemotherapy agents. Leadership experience is also preferred to guide this small, highly experienced team in a collaborative environment where coworkers support one another and work together to deliver exceptional patient care and promote positive outcomes.

The Clinical Manager is responsible for daily operations of assigned unit. Such operations include monitoring of staffing within budgetary constraints, monitoring of supply usage within budgetary constraints, direction of clinical care (including age specific care for child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient), and planning for the growth and development of unit services. The Clinical Manager will have 24-hour per day responsibility for the supervision of assigned area. He/she will work to assure compliance with all JCAHO standards for the unit and to promote continuous improvement in patient care processes. The Clinical Manager will work closely with the Director to provide input into long term human resource planning and financial planning for the assigned unit.

Qualifications:
A. Education
1. Minimum of associate's degree in nursing from an accredited institute, BSN desirable
B. Experience
1. Minimum of two years of managerial experience at unit level
C. Licensure/Certification
1. Current RN licensure in the state of applicable state
2. ACLS and BCLS certified
