Job Summary: The Clinical Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and coordinating patient care as well as the clinical care delivery process as directed by the (Nursing Service) Director or Service Coordinator. The Clinical Manager serves as a role model and resource to staff. The Clinical Manager has twenty-four accountability for the assigned departmental operations.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an approved registered nurse program.
- BSN or MSN required.
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the State of North Carolina.
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience required with one year of experience being related to the patient population and /or specialty of the unit.
- Current AHA BLS certification required.
- Evidenced expertise in clinical judgement and leadership ability.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
Skills Required
- Graduate of an approved registered nurse program
- BSN or MSN degree
- Active registered nurse license in North Carolina
- At least three years of nursing experience
- At least one year of experience related to the unit's patient population or specialty
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Demonstrated clinical judgment expertise and leadership ability
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service according to CarolinaEast standards
