Your Role

As Clinical Marketing Manager at Clarius, you will serve as the bridge between clinical practice and commercial execution. You'll translate clinical evidence, customer insights, and real-world workflows into compelling messaging, educational content, and adoption strategies, working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, Clinical, and Product teams.

This role is ideal for a clinically trained sonographer who is ready to apply their expertise beyond the clinic, shaping how Clarius communicates its value to clinicians, professional societies, and industry stakeholders worldwide.


Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Translate clinical evidence and real-world workflows into clear, compelling messaging and customer-facing value propositions
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure positioning is clinically accurate and relevant across key customer segments
  • Develop clinical marketing content including case studies, white papers, educational guides, webinars, training materials, and blog content
  • Source, curate, and maintain a library of clinical images, videos, and procedural examples across key specialties
  • Review and approve clinical claims, ultrasound imaging, and customer-facing content for accuracy and regulatory alignment
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Design team to transform clinical content into engaging marketing and sales enablement assets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and professional societies
  • Support advisory boards, speaker programs, and customer advocacy initiatives
  • Gather customer insights to inform marketing strategy, content development, and commercial priorities
  • Identify partnership, sponsorship, and thought leadership opportunities with professional societies and educational organizations
  • Equip sales teams with clinically credible tools, messaging, and training resources
  • Support product launches with clinical content, evidence, and customer education initiatives



Your Experience so Far:

  • Diploma or degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Registered Sonographer (RDMS, RVT, CRGS, CRCS, or equivalent), or previously registered
  • 4+ years of clinical ultrasound experience
  • Familiarity with point-of-care ultrasound environments preferred
  • Experience in clinical marketing, education, medical affairs, or healthcare communications is an asset
  • Background in MSK, Primary Care, Aesthetics, or POCUS is an asset
  • Experience working with KOLs, professional societies, or presenting at conferences or webinars is an asset



Location, Travel and Compensation:

This is a remote role, ideally based within commutable distance of our Vancouver, BC office for occasional onsite collaboration. Salary range is $105,000 - $125,000 CAD, with travel expected at around 25%.

Requirements
