The Clinical Insights & Global KOL Engagement Manager is a strategic, cross-functional role responsible for the end-to-end management of clinical imaging data assets and global Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement. This role ensures the availability, quality, governance, and compliant use of clinical data to support product launches, go-to-market execution, tenders, and marketing initiatives, while also supporting and executing KOL engagement activities that drive advocacy, evidence generation, and clinical credibility.

This role serves as a central enabler of clinical marketing excellence, bridging hands-on clinical data management with customer engagement and commercial impact across Molecular Imaging.

You are responsible for:

Clinical Data Management & Governance

  • Owning and managing the central repository of clinical imaging datasets (PET, SPECT, CT, PET/MR), ensuring accurate indexing, governance, and ongoing maintenance within a structured imaging data environment

  • Maintaining and updating DICOM data references across all clinical galleries to ensure consistency, traceability, and usability

  • Managing the intake, anonymization, renaming, archiving, and release of clinical DICOM data from global projects and internal stakeholders

  • Owning and administering customer release forms, ensuring compliant use of all clinical data assets in alignment with regulatory and privacy requirements

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal clinical data requests, identifying gaps and supporting fulfillment of unmet data needs

  • Supporting RFP and tender requests by acting as the central clinical data contact for sales and business development teams 

KOL & Customer Engagement

  • Building, maintaining, and continuously updating a global database of Key Opinion Leaders across the organization

  • Supporting the identification and alignment of appropriate KOLs to clinical and marketing initiatives in collaboration with Clinical Marketing stakeholders

  • Managing KOL speaker agreements, project contracts, and related documentation in partnership with legal and compliance teams

  • Coordinating factory customer visits (e.g., KNX, HES), working cross-functionally to ensure structured and high-impact engagements

  • Partnering with the KOL Customer Engagement Manager and broader marketing teams to supporting ongoing KOL engagement activities and addressing operational needs 

Business Impact

  • Enabling effective product launches and differentiated go-to-market execution through high-quality, accessible clinical imaging data

  • Supporting KOL advocacy, reference site development, and clinical credibility through structured engagement and data enablement

  • Contributing to tender success and commercial execution by ensuring timely and compliant clinical data availability

  • Improving efficiency, scalability, and consistency in clinical data and KOL management across regions 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Radiologic Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in clinical imaging, clinical marketing, healthcare data management, or a related field within MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences

  • Background in Molecular Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, Clinical Applications, Clinical Marketing, or a related scientific discipline

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience working with clinical imaging data, including familiarity with DICOM standards, image management systems (e.g., PACS), and data governance practices

  • Experience supporting or managing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, customer engagements, or external partnerships within a global healthcare or scientific environment

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across cross-functional teams, including clinical, marketing, legal, and commercial functions

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage complex data sets, documentation, and workflows

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); experience with CRM systems or data management platforms is a plus

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and contractual processes in a regulated environment

The base pay range for this position is:

$128,490 - $176,671

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
