The ideal candidate will be based in Northern Italy around Bolgona, Milan or Turin. Besides fluency in Italian and English, proficiency in French is highly desirable. Travel for the role will be 75% and be eventually entail some trips to support the French market.

Job Summary:
The Clinical Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting the European EMS and Hospital Sales Teams by providing world-class training and Implementation of ZOLLs Resuscitation products. Reports to Senior Clinical and Data Implementation Manager
Essential Functions
- Create customized product Training Programs for ZOLL Customers
- Perform product ‘Train the Trainer’ education for customers
- Conduct product End User Training
- Participate in, product related, Sales Training for new Territory Managers
- Act as ZOLL Liaison for all product training requirements during initial process
- Create, plan and execute customer hand off to ZOLL Support
- Ability to Travel to Customer Sites. Estimated 75%
- Participate in Marketing Feedback for continuous product enhancement
- Ability to recognize and escalate any potential issues to internal teams
Skill Requirements:
- Paramedic or Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the critical or emergency care setting.
- Hospital and EMS based experience. Resuscitation experience preferred.
- Clinical training experience (12-Lead, ETCO2, etc.) ideally at Instructor/Coordinator level.
- ALS/APLS/ACLS Provider
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong proactive approach
- Ability to lift 12 Kilograms
- Excellent organization and analytical skills
