Every year, hundreds of billions of dollars are invested to discover and develop new therapies, yet the financial infrastructure behind that work has not kept pace. Clinical operations and finance live in disconnected worlds, forcing teams to make high-stakes decisions using fragmented tools and static data.
Condor exists to change that. We are a system of action, building the financial intelligence layer that will power the next era of clinical development. Condor connects clinical operations, vendor activity, and financial signals into a single, real-time intelligence layer, giving R&D and finance leaders true command over how their organizations operate.
Condor is pharma-native, AI-driven infrastructure built to scale industry standards we helped define with Big 4 partners. It powers prediction, control, and execution across the most complex R&D environments in the world.
Why This Matters NowCondor has moved past proving the concept. Enterprise teams already trust Condor to run critical operations and finance. The work ahead is the hardest part: scaling something people depend on when the stakes are this high.
Condor is a high-growth company backed by top institutional partners like Felicis and 645 Ventures, growing rapidly with Top 200 biopharma companies. This is a rare opportunity to help build foundational infrastructure that will shape how new therapies reach patients.
The RoleCondor Software is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to join our team as a Clinical Finance Engagement Manager. This role leads customer implementations end-to-end while serving as an FP&A subject-matter expert for biopharma R&D, combining hands-on delivery with deep planning and forecasting expertise across client and internal engagements.
In this role, you own implementations end-to-end for assigned clients, from discovery through go-live and early adoption. In parallel, you serve as an internal FP&A expert at Condor, acting as a thought partner and escalation point for complex forecasting, planning, and modeling topics across other client engagements and internal teams. You will work directly with FP&A leaders, R&D finance teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure Condor is configured to support decision-ready planning and forecasting use cases.
This role sits at the intersection of FP&A, clinical operations, and software delivery. Success requires someone who has worked directly in an FP&A function, built and owned clinical trial forecasts, understands how portfolio-level planning decisions are made, and can translate that experience into scalable, best-practice system implementations.
You are not just implementing software. You are helping customers move from spreadsheet-driven planning to system-based, decision-ready FP&A workflows that improve how clinical trial spend is planned, forecasted, and controlled.
