Our technology is changing what’s possible in vascular medicine — and we’re just getting started. As part of Stryker’s global network, we combine entrepreneurial spirit with the strength of one of the world’s leading medical technology companies.

Position Overview

As a Clinical Education Manager – Europe, you’ll be at the heart of advancing venous care. You’ll ensure consistent, high-quality therapy implementation using INARI technology, empowering physicians and clinical teams to achieve superior patient outcomes.

Reporting to the EMEA Head of Marketing and working closely with the Senior Clinical Education Manager, you’ll travel extensively across the region (up to 90%) to lead, facilitate, and organise world-class training programs for customers, distributors, and internal teams.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in the field, sharing expertise, and being a trusted clinical partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver certification and re-certification programs for physicians and distributor teams.

  • Provide on-site and remote case support, particularly during complex or first-time procedures.

  • Troubleshoot technical and procedural challenges, ensuring confidence and competence in therapy delivery.

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to translate clinical insights into impactful training strategies.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to PE pathway development across institutions.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of cases, training activities, and adverse events (AEs).

Training and Education

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve high-impact education programs that elevate clinical standards.

  • Lead hands-on workshops, simulations, and virtual training sessions tailored to physician and distributor needs.

  • Develop engaging training content – manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and more.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and champion continuous improvement.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute medical education events including MTEs, peer-to-peer sessions, and local congress participation.

  • Oversee logistics, faculty coordination, and participant engagement to ensure seamless, memorable events.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience in vascular medicine.

  • Hands-on experience working in cath labs.

  • Proven expertise in clinical training, education, or medical device support.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 80%) and flexible schedules.

  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities.

  • Able to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical education, vascular therapy, or medical device sales.

  • Prior experience within the medical device industry is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to strategically manage evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • The chance to make a tangible difference in patient lives across Europe.

  • A mission-driven culture powered by collaboration, innovation, and purpose.
