Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will…
- Report to Director of Clinical Education, APAC
- Develop education strategies to acquire, penetrate and engage with orthodontists, pediatric dentists, general practitioners in different profiles and to drive adoption of digital treatment planning tools and workflow
- Design, structure and roll out education for new doctors onboarding journey through various platforms including digital
- Design, structure and roll out education for growth program doctors and continue education for existing providers through various platforms including digital
- Partner with marketing team to support orthodontists, pediatric dentists, general practitioners in different profiles with digital treatment planning focused product launches through education, including the developing and reviewing of education content, assets and events.
- Develop educational tools and materials by working with agencies
- Lead and manage the execution of clinical education projects as assigned
- Design and provide internal training for related products to enhance clinical and product knowledge
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- To have strong background and experience in Dentistry, preferably in the Orthodontic field.
- To have at least 8 years of experience in structuring education programs/courses and delivering training, managing speakers and project management in MedTech industry.
To have strong understanding of how learning design and technology solutions fit together into a comprehensive learning strategy/ approach. Having knowledge in adult learning principles is an advantage - To have the capabilities and experience in leading projects with ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously and executing them successfully with keen attention to details.
- To have effective communication and to be collaborative with all the regional team, countries’ counterparts, cross-functional teams and external agencies
- To be highly organized in managing and coordinating projects
- To travel to other countries based on business needs
- To be a degree holder preferably in dentistry or business

- To be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities. Should be comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity

Skills Required
- Degree (preferably in Dentistry or Business)
- Strong background and experience in Dentistry, preferably Orthodontics
- Minimum 8 years' experience structuring education programs/courses, delivering training, managing speakers, and project management in the MedTech industry
- Strong understanding of learning design and technology solutions and how they integrate into a comprehensive learning strategy
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with keen attention to detail
- Experience developing educational tools and materials and working with external agencies
- Experience designing and delivering onboarding, growth programs, and product launch education across digital platforms
- Effective communication and collaboration with regional teams, country counterparts, cross-functional teams and external agencies
