Position Summary:
Person in this position will be responsible for clinical and programmatic leadership of all programs in the region. Will assist Directors with program development, performance improvement and training for all services delivered in treatment and prevention continuum. Essential Job Functions include those listed below. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
- To provide clinical oversight and assistance to all treatment programs in the region;
- To assist the Medical Director and management staff with the design of treatment programming;
- Develops and monitors the development of policy manuals for treatment programs;
- Responsible for improvement of programs’ designs by assuring the implementation of Performance Improvement (PI) standards, evaluations and outcome measures;
- Prepares and delivers mandatory training required by contracts and licensure;
- Works with Chief Clinical Officer to implement evidence based programming;
- Coordinates clinical activity adhering to accreditation standards;
- Reviews and aggregates clinical data and outcomes to identify clinical trends and provides analysis to the Medical Director;
- Assists in grant planning and initiation of potential additional funding opportunities as required; and
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Supervision of Master and PHD level interns.
- Perform other duties as assigned and;

Essential Qualifications:
Certifications/Licenses:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Education:
- Graduation from an accredited college with Master’s Degree in a discipline leading to licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Experience and Competencies:
- Experience in program coordination and training including both youth and adults;
- Must have 3 years of experience in supervision and management;
- Experience with Joint Commission on Accreditation (JCAHO) or Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) is preferred;
- Excellent teaching and training skills;
- Management and administrative experience and capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion;
- Ability to work well in a team environment;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
- Superior organizational skills;
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications;

- Ability to obtain and maintain clearance from California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) (if applicable);
- Ability to obtain and maintain clearance from LEIE, MSIL, and EPLS;
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain and maintain WestCare’s vehicle insurance is required;
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Fresno County Credentialing (if applicable); and
- CPR Certification, First Aid Certification and an annual Tuberculosis test.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed primarily in a professional, office setting located at a treatment facility.
Skills Required
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor credential
- Master's degree in a discipline leading to clinical licensure
- Three years of supervision and management experience
