Pay: $85,000.00 yearly

What you will do: The Clinical Director provides leadership, oversight, and management of all clinical services. This position ensures delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based treatment while maintaining full compliance with Florida Department of Health Services, and all applicable state and federal regulations. The Clinical Director serves as the primary clinical leader for the programs, provides clinical supervision in support of Rite Path’s mission and values.

The Clinical Director serves as the senior leader of the overall strategic execution and service delivery of clinical, case management, medical, and regulatory performance of the program.

This position provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, clinical excellence, and positive outcomes for youth and families served. The ideal candidate is an experienced behavioral health administrator who understands the complexities of residential treatment and the youth population.


To be considered you should:  Possess FL License; LMHC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, Master’s degree have at least 5 years prior experience working with children in a residential setting, be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical. Have a passion to work with and help children. Be at least 21 years of age.


Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday 8 am -5 pm. On call when necessary.

Skills Required
