Clinical Director (BCBA)
Location: Omaha, NE (68130)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Enjoy evenings at home!
Work Setting: In-person, Center-based ABA
Remote/ Work From Home Flexibility: 2 WFH days per week
Total Earnings Potential: $109,000 – $124,000 in your first year
- Sign-on bonus of up to $5,000
- $95-110K annual base salary

- Provide leadership and supervision for Clinical Supervisors (pod leaders)
- Oversee the client experience from intake through ongoing care
- Conduct and review functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Ensure high clinical standards through QA activities and data-driven decision-making
- Monitor and guide treatment planning and progress
- Maintain up to 25 billable hours/week (full-time) providing QA oversight and clinical support to BCBAs, without carrying a direct caseload
- Develop individualized training plans and lead onboarding for new clinicians
- Support and evaluate BCBA and Program Supervisor performance
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to strategically assign caseloads
- Lead BCBA and PS hiring efforts at your center
- Contribute to the organization’s strategic growth initiatives
- A completed Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA, including supervisory experience
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams
- Comfort using technology (e.g., scheduling software, electronic data platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
- Spanish-speaking is a plus

Skills Required
- Completed Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
