Job Description

Clinical Digital Workflow Consultant

Drive the successful design, implementation, and adoption of digital pathology solutions that improve cancer diagnosis workflows, clinical outcomes, and patient care.

Your role:

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to customers throughout pre-sales, solution design, implementation, and ongoing service, ensuring successful adoption of digital pathology solutions.

  • Analyze current-state clinical and laboratory workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend operational changes that maximize solution value and customer outcomes.

  • Configure or oversee the configuration of solutions to align with customer clinical and operational workflows, delivering tailored recommendations and services.

  • Partner with customers, account teams, service providers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful project execution, long-term customer success, and business growth.

  • Travel to customer sites as needed, with travel expectations reaching up to 80%.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of related experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare environments.

  • You have strong laboratory experience and are a qualified pathologist or have deep experience across the clinical and workflow steps of a pathology laboratory and/or oncology diagnosis setting within a hospital.

  • Your skills include workflow analysis, clinical consulting, solution design, project management, and driving clinical adoption of healthcare technology solutions.

  • Your skills include leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, presentation, and prioritization.

  • You’re effective at structuring complex problems, designing practical solutions, and building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • You’re able and willing to travel extensively, with customer-facing travel requirements of up to 80% at times.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. 

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $180,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.    

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
