DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary

The Clinical Demand Specialist is responsible for driving clinical adoption and utilization of B·R·A·H·M·S Procalcitonin (PCT) across North and West Africa. The role focuses on increasing testing volumes, accelerating hospital-level implementation, and strengthening the performance of licensed partners and distributors.

This position sits at the intersection of clinical engagement and commercial execution, ensuring that clinical demand activities translate into sustainable growth and market expansion. While the primary focus is B·R·A·H·M·S PCT, the role will also support clinical demand activities for other biomarkers within the SDG portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption of B·R·A·H·M·S PCT in target hospitals, particularly in sepsis management and antibiotic stewardship
  • Increase test utilization through structured clinical engagement, education, and follow-up
  • Partner with licensed partners and distributors to strengthen execution and drive growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, clinicians, hospital stakeholders, and medical societies
  • Lead clinical education activities, including workshops, congresses, roadshows, and trainings
  • Identify market opportunities, monitor competition and regulatory developments, and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to align on priorities, strategy, and AOP delivery
  • Support broader SDG clinical demand initiatives and cross-divisional projects when needed
Key Success Measures
  • Growth in PCT testing volumes across the assigned region
  • Number of hospitals implementing PCT-guided protocols
  • Increased utilization within existing accounts and partner networks
  • KOL engagement and measurable clinical impact
  • Contribution to regional revenue growth through clinical demand activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare
  • Proven ability to drive clinical adoption, utilization, or demand generation
  • Experience working with distributors or indirect commercial models is preferred
  • Strong clinical and commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently across a multi-country environment
  • Fluent in French and English
Location & Scope
  • Location: Morocco preferred
  • Coverage: North Africa and selected West African markets
  • Travel: Approximately 50%
