Clinical Data Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze and manage large datasets from diverse sources—including deployed products, clinical studies, patients EMR/EHR, and internal R&D—to support the development of chronic disease management solutions.
  • Design and perform rigorous statistical analyses to generate solid insights to support clinical efficacy and benefits of the product
  • Produce product quality insights that support quality assurance activities in accordance with medical quality management system procedures.
  • Construct data pipelines and engage data cleaning and organization by integrating multiple data streams in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable efficient analysis at scale.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through clear, actionable reports and presentations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science with biomedical application research, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in data science, statistical methodologies, and hypothesis test design.
  • Basic understanding of human systems physiology.
  • Familiarity with wearable sensor signals, including bio-potential measurements (e.g., ECG) and audio signals.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, basic engineering tools, and statistical tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, R, and etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging both external medical professionals and internal multidisciplinary teams.

Additional Desirable Skills, Knowledges and Abilities

  • Experience in publishing clinical journal articles is a plus
  • Experience collaborating with medical professionals / clinicians.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
