Assists the Director with delegated tasks through a positive demeanor when interacting with others. Participates in orienting, evaluating, and assisting students and new employees to the unit. Provides direct care to patients across all age spans and health conditions. Provides care in adherence to all hospital policies and accreditation standards.
QualificationsEducation/Certification:
Graduation from accredited school of nursing.
BSN preferred
Current, unencumbered North Carolina or compact state RN License.
Current BLS certification
NCI certification and TEAM STEPPS training within 90 days.
PALS, STABLE and NRP within 6 months.
Experience:
3 to 5 years’ experience preferred.
