任职要求
• 本科及以上学历，医学、检验、生命科学、生物医学相关专业优先。
• 5–8年以上临床诊断、IVD、生命科学或相关医疗健康行业经验，具有业务拓展、渠道管理、市场开发或区域/全国销售管理经验，能够基于市场趋势、政策变化及竞争环境识别并推动业务增长机会。
• 具备商业机会挖掘与转化能力，熟悉病理及临床流式应用场景及客户决策机制，了解中国临床诊断及IVD行业生态。
• 具备新业务开发、重点项目推进及复杂客户管理经验，能够推动业务执行。
• 具备新产品导入及商业化经验，理解策略制定、关键客户验证及市场导入流程，并具备KOL网络、学术合作、示范中心及区域标杆市场建设经验，同时具备渠道管理及生态合作经验。
• 具备复杂项目管理及跨部门协作经验，熟悉销售漏斗、机会管线，客户分层、渠道绩效及业务预测管理方法，具备较强的协作及数据洞察能力。
• 具备良好的合规意识与风险识别能力，熟悉并严格遵守临床诊断及医疗健康行业相关法规与行业规范，在各类商业与市场活动中坚持合法、透明、可追溯原则，并遵守公司合规要求。
• 具备良好的英文能力，可作为工作语言运用。

- Bachelor's degree or above (medicine, clinical laboratory, life sciences, biomedical preferred)
- 5-8+ years in clinical diagnostics, IVD, life sciences or related healthcare industry
- Experience in business development, market development, channel management, or regional/national sales management
- Familiarity with pathology and clinical flow cytometry applications and customer decision processes
- New product introduction and commercialization experience, including key-client validation and market rollout
- KOL network development, academic collaboration, and demonstration center/regional benchmark project experience
- Complex project management and cross-functional collaboration experience; familiarity with sales funnel, pipeline, forecasting
- Strong compliance awareness and knowledge of clinical diagnostics/medical industry regulations
- Proficient English for work use
- Strong communication, negotiation, influence skills and result orientation
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 75% of the time)
