The Clinical Applications Analyst II serves as a clinical technology and business analyst responsible for supporting, optimizing, and validating population health, quality reporting, and healthcare analytics solutions across Mosaic Health.

‎ 

This role partners with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholders to analyze business requirements, support application performance, maintain data integrity, and ensure effective use of Population Health Platform and related clinical technology applications that support value-based care, care management, and population health outcomes.  

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Experience with Lightbeam, Athenahealth / Athena EHR workflows, population health platforms, quality reporting applications, care management technology, healthcare analytics tools, or clinical application support.
  • Experience using SQL, reporting tools, application extracts, data files, APIs, SSO, dashboards, or analytics outputs for issue investigation, reporting validation, operational support, or data quality review.
  • Experience supporting value-based care programs, chronic care management, care gap closure, quality improvement, risk adjustment, attribution, patient outreach, acquisitions, practice onboarding, market expansion, or implementation projects.
  • Experience working with vendors, scrum teams, release cycles, user acceptance testing, design reviews, workflow redesign, change management, knowledge management resources, or issue tracking tools such as JIRA.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability concepts, interface-supported workflows, HL7 terminology, API-enabled data exchange, clinical system dependencies, or downstream reporting impacts.

Compensation Range:

$74,083.00

to

$111,125.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
