Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive customer delight throughout the entire education process
  • Work with the Commercial organization to develop and identify clinical support opportunities for potential GEHC customers during various phases of the sales process
  • Work with Clinical Applications Team and Product Marketing to strategize and develop educational offerings for our GEHC Customers.
  • Work closely with versatile Clinical Applications team to ensure clinical consistency for our GEHC Customers.
  • Identify key metrics to ensure effectiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Sales organization to clinically support GEHC customers in pre-sales and post-sales situations for escalated situations.
  • Actively participate in the development of customer training tools and provide input in regards to relevant clinical tools needed for new products and services
  • Actively participate in regional Sales meetings to update Sales personnel on clinical, educational and product items
  • Assist Project Management and the Service Organization teams to streamline training events at the various customer installation sites.
  • Help team members communicate all relevant customer information including: product, customer issues and opportunities to Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Response Team and Technical Support
  • Proactively manage and provide communications with customers to ensure problem resolution and follow up, to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain working familiarity with General Electric’s Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety requirements and strict adherence to General Electric’s Spirit and Letter policy
  • Facilitate customer service delivery issues and support root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving

Required Qualifications

  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
  • Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
  • Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
  • Ensure completion of all field modifications instructions (FMI’s) within prescribed timeframe.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.situations.

Desired Characteristics

  • Bachelors or higher degree in the field Direct training on various Clinical Applications with radiography background three-years recent, consecutive experience

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

  • Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region
