Trinity Health PACE is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Clinic Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support that ensures efficient clinic operations and exceptional participant experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule clinic appointments, assessments, and diagnostic services (x-rays, ultrasounds).
  • Answer phone calls, manage voicemails, and provide timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate new participant assessments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain clinic flow throughout waiting and exam rooms.
  • Assist with ordering, tracking, and maintaining clinic supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare participants for provider appointments.
  • Clean and set up exam rooms.
  • Train and support new clinic colleagues.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties while promoting a welcoming, professional environment.
  • Support compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform clinical support duties if appropriately certified (Medical Assistant, CNA, or Phlebotomist).
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of progressive administrative, clerical, scheduling, or secretarial experience.
  • Data entry and scheduling experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to delivering excellent service in a team-oriented environment.
