JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of the day-to-day operations of Olympic Medical Physicians clinic/center functions (for assigned clinic/center/location) including registration, medical records, AR charge entry, AP processing, physician and patient scheduling, incoming/outgoing mail and other office functions as required. Supervises the clinic/center staff, leads staff meetings and participates in performance reviews, human resources counseling and disciplinary actions, and in Provider meetings with management.
EDUCATION
- Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration or 5 years’ associated work experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Three years’ experience in a health care clinic setting preferred.
- One year medical coding and billing experience preferred.
LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Olympic Medical Center is a locally owned and operated healthcare organization serving residents of the North Olympic Peninsula.
