The Clinic Nurse delivers compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare setting. This role is responsible for assessing patient needs, coordinating care, administering treatments, providing health education, and supporting providers to improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate combines clinical expertise with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care while promoting health, wellness, and exceptional patient experiences.
Location: Glendive
Schedule: Full-time | M/W-Th 7:45 am - 5 pm, Tues 8 am - 5 pm, F- 7:45 am - 1 pm | No Weekends
Salary: LPN $27-29/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Patient-Centered Care – Conduct assessments, provide treatments, and ensure strong follow-up care.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with providers and healthcare staff to create effective care plans.
- Educate & Empower – Support patients and families with knowledge on conditions, treatments, and prevention.
- Administer Medications – Safely deliver medications and treatments per protocols.
- Maintain Records – Accurately document patient care and changes in condition.
- Drive Quality Improvement – Participate in initiatives that enhance care and outcomes.
- Provide Inclusive Care – Deliver respectful, culturally competent care to diverse populations

Qualifications:
Required:
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current LPN license in state of practice
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- 2 yrs of experience of nursing experience
- 2 yrs of experience in primary care
